Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Digital products include, but are not limited to:

PDF sewing patterns
Digital downloads
Video tutorials
Printable files
Other downloadable digital content

Because digital products cannot be returned and can be accessed immediately after purchase, we are unable to provide refunds for:

Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Purchasing the wrong product
Lack of software or equipment needed to use the files
Failure to read the product description before purchase
Personal preference regarding the finished project

Technical Issues

If you experience any problems accessing, downloading, or opening your files, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you and ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with your order details. Duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
